Based on the recommendations of the assessment, for outpatient services you may contact Gene Richardson, at 808-242-9733, extension 32.  For detoxification and residential services contact Keith Kohley at 808-442-6588.

Once the best treatment option for you is determined, Gene will assist you with the next steps.

If residential treatment is indicated:

• You will need a physical exam by a physician prior to admission and Keith will help set that up for you.

• At that appointment, if medications are indicated to assist with detoxification, you will get the prescription from the physician and have it filled prior to admission.

• A TB clearance within the last year is required and if you have not had that, Keith will assist you in arranging for that test.

As soon as a bed is available, your admission will be scheduled.
