Intensive and Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment
Outpatient Treatment Program provides comprehensive outpatient services to individuals who are chemically dependent and their families. It is designed for individuals who are not in need of residential treatment or hospitalization. Services include individualized and comprehensive treatment planning, group counseling, education, individual counseling, and family counseling and education. Outpatient Treatment modalities include Intensive Outpatient Treatment and Outpatient Treatment. Duration of stay in all Outpatient modalities is determined on an individual basis according to client need and staff recommendations. Residential Treatment
Residential treatment is a voluntary residential setting which provides services 24/7/365 for persons recovering from substance abuse. We provide screening, assessment, nursing care, counseling, Psycho education and skill building activities Case management and linkage to services, and treatment and discharge planning. Specialized Residential Treatment
Residential treatment is a voluntary residential setting which provides services 24/7/365 for persons recovering from substance abuse and/or mental health disorders. We provide screening, assessment, nursing care, counseling, Psycho education and skill building activities Case management and linkage to services, and treatment and discharge planning. Medically Monitored Detoxification
The primary goal of detoxification is to facilitate the recovery of clients from substance dependence and acute symptoms of detoxification and to assist them in accessing treatment. We provide 24/7 nursing services and medications to facilitate a safe detoxification from substances. We provide screening, assessment, nursing care, counseling and treatment and discharge planning. Crisis Stabilization Management
Crisis stabilization management is a service that may be recommended by the crisis mobile outreach worker if the person is able to stay in their home but needs additional support to manage crisis. This service is access thorough the crisis mobile outreach worker only.
Licensed Crisis Residential Program
LCRS is a voluntary residential setting which provides services 24/7/365 including 24-hour nursing services, designed to address needs of consumer determined to need a crisis residential level of care. Services include screening, assessment, treatment and discharge planning, counseling psychiatric services, case management and milieu therapy. Services may only be accessed by calling ACCESS at 1-800-753-6879 to request a crisis mobile outreach worker who will assess and make a recommendation for level of care.
Co-occurring Disorders Day Treatment
Our Day Treatment program is designed to assist participants with mental health and substance abuse problems to achieve their maximum potential for independent living and self-sufficiency, healthy lifestyle choices and family integration. The program service hours are four days a week Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for 4 hours a day between 9:00am and 1:00pm, and after care operates Tuesday from 9:00am-12:00pm. Crisis Mobile Outreach
This service provides a professional counselor who goes to where the person in crisis is and provides an assessment and recommendations for services that range from crisis counseling to hospitalization. To access this service contact ACCESS at 1-800-753-6879 to request a crisis counselor.
Sober Living Housing
Sober living housing provides a sober living environment for persons recovering from substance abuse. Service include Psycho education related to Substance Recovery,
Sober Support Skills groups, Connection with community resources, Case management and linkage to services. To access services contact the admissions coordinator at 808-242-9733 ext 32.
Community Based Case Management
Community Based Case Management provides effective and professional case management, psychiatric and nursing services to adults with mental health or dual diagnosis issues. The program assists individuals in becoming a productive member of society living as independently as possible. The program is provided on an outpatient basis, and addresses the individual's environment with the context of becoming functionally independent. Intensive In-Home Family Treatment
The Intensive Family Therapy Program provides interventions and treatment so that youth and their families may achieve optimal functioning in their family life and community. Highly qualified family therapists provide family therapy to improve family functioning. Services are provided in the home. Administrative offices are located at 1787 Willi Pa Loop Wailuku, Hawaii 96793 808-249-2121. Services are access through Child and Adolescent Mental Health only.

Maui Counseling Group
This service provides licensed counselors, physicians and nurses to address issues with stress, depression, anxiety, family issues, behavioral problems, relationship problems, and more. Drug Court
Drug Court Services Program provides comprehensive outpatient services to individuals who are use or are dependent on substances and their families. It is designed for individuals who are not in need of residential treatment or hospitalization. Services include individualized and comprehensive treatment planning, group counseling, education, individual counseling, and family counseling and education. Outpatient Treatment modalities include Intensive Outpatient Treatment and Outpatient Treatment. Duration of stay in all Outpatient modalities is determined on an individual basis in conjunction with the Judiciary. Services are accessed through the Judiciary only.
FOR ADOLESCENTS
School Based Substance Abuse Services
School based substance abuse services provide comprehensive school based services to youth who are using/abusing substances and their families. It is designed for youth who are not in need of residential treatment or hospitalization. Services include individualized and comprehensive treatment planning, group counseling, education, individual counseling, and family counseling and education as applicable. Duration of stay is determined on an individual basis according to client need and staff recommendations. Services are provided in all area high schools and most intermediate schools.
